How much money can be made from hunting?

Are there permits on hunting and on the animals you can hunt like squirrels , deers? How much money can be made from hunting?
It mostly depends on what you know. If you have to ask this question the most likely you will not ern much at all and probably would have to spend out of your pocker.

My father, grandfather and great grand father all earned a very good amount from hunting. Not from shooting animals though. They were very good hunters and understood when how and where.

The wealthy that wanted to hunt paid them to take them to the places and teach them what to do. By about 1950 this was no longer a good thing to do where we were.

The money is not in shooting animals and birds. the money is in knowing where when and how. Then you can have others pay you well to help them. Yes it still can be done especialy in Alaska and Canada. Still some in the states along the ricky mountains and in the west. How much money can be made from hunting?
2 dollars and 50 cent a month
If you have a good piece of land with critters on it and have a hunt camp set up with feeders, guides dinners etc, click on search for hunting camps look at price etc. luck and yes I do make money. But that is not what its about. you have to love it.
Depends on what your are going to do. You can hire on with a game ranch as a guide (if you are good enough), or to gut, clean and prepare game for wealthy hunters. With tips you can make out okay during a good hunting season. You can make more money if you book your own hunts, but you have to have the know how %26amp; equipment.

Or, if you own a game ranch you can make a living from it. Some traditional ranches I know of in Texas don't even bother with cattle %26amp; horse production anymore. All they do is day lease during hunting season.

Alot of money can be made from hunting. The states make alot of money by selling hunting licenses, and then game permits, on top of that. Also, there are outfitters all over the country, and they charge ridiculous prices to take you out, drop you off to hunt, and then come pick you up. Hunting is a money making thing that used to be free, or close to it.
not much unless you are a certified guide and have years of experience and a large clientel that are willing to pay the big bucks that established guide services charge.
There is not much money to be made in hunting. Considering the cost of shotguns, shells,bows/arrows, licenses, stamps (for permits of different animals) that can vary in cost. Some of those stamps can run as high as $150 (bears). Then there is only certain times of the year that you can hunt deer/squirrels. Any other time it is illegal to do so. Once you do get all the necessary things together and go out into the woods (check your local DNR for hunting seasons %26amp; laws) you might bag a buck/doe on your first day there or you could spend two weeks out and not get anything. Plus for each animal you would need different types of guns (one used on a deer would more than likely blow a squirrel away/ waste of meat). Then you might be able to sell the skins/ antlers of the animals.
For the bigger critters I know there is, last weekend was the last day we were told by a guy Mr. works with. What they were in town for.

Some guy last weekend while in town was selling antlers out of his truck lol!

Not all the critters you want sorry....
