What is the best hunting blind for two people and one is disabled?

I need a hunting blind that is easy to set up and easy to fold back up. I had the Ameristep Doghouse blind but had fits trying to fold it back up I just wondered if there was anything easier to fold back up.What is the best hunting blind for two people and one is disabled?
